GISD Health Center To Offer Physical-Only Appointmentsfor Students

Students will be able to take advantage of physical-only appointments at the GISD Health and

Wellness Center in partnership with Lone Star Circle of Care at the Future Ready Complex upon its opening in late July. 

• A flat rate fee of only  $35 for physical-only exams

• Appointments available for physicals without a well-child check

• Students can attend the physical-only appointments without parent present (signed waiver required)
  

These appointments will satisfy the requirements for a physical health exam for any student

participating in GISD athletics, CTE, and fine arts. Families interested in taking advantage of

this opportunity should call the clinic at 512-688-6250 to schedule an appointment. 

The medical history portion of the physical paperwork (left-hand side of the form) must be

completed before and brought to the appointment. Families can access and download the needed GISD physical exam form here.
