FFA students have been preparing all year to compete at the WilCo Livestock Association Show and the WilCo Youth Fair, both of which are held during the week of December 4 at the WilC0 Expo Center. Students were recognized for their achievements at these events:

Georgetown HS senior Colter Mikes, Grand Champion Yorkshire Market Swine

Georgetown HS junior Caden Sikes, Overall Grand Champion for his welded trailer

East View HS senior Loren Stemp, Best in Show in Creative Crafts for her hand-crafted rifle sling

Junior FFA student Audryn Morgan from Wagner MS, Showmanship Award for her handmade epoxy river table

Theater students were recognized for their performance at the Texas Thespians Festival. These students’ Superior rating performances qualify them to compete at the International Festival this summer:
